Located in a 1980’s building in an upper neighborhood of Bogotá, next to the mountains, this apartment was repurposed through the use of local materials and a sober, restrained palette. The intervention creates warm, cozy atmospheres supported by carefully designed lighting strategies. The project emphasizes the tactile and visual qualities of each material, enhancing sensory perception while maintaining clarity and calm. Functionality remains central throughout, with storage solutions and efficient spatial organization ensuring everyday usability.
